When life gives you lemons...

Zest and juice a few of them...

Boil in a large pan with some milk, sugar, salt, corn starch, and flour.

Add some butter and four egg yolks.  Bring to a boil.

Pour into a cooked pie crust.

Beat some egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form.  

Arrange on top of pie.

Bake until tips are golden brown...

Et voila!  All better!
